The spring makeup of 2021 brings this characteristic of the skin to the fore, for a 100% natural result. The goal is not to hide moles and freckles but, on the contrary, to enhance them, so if you don’t have them: draw fake freckles on your face.



4 Healthy blush
This trend shows us blushing healthy skin - as if after a run. Although the blush acts as the main accent in the makeup, it looks very natural and charming.

2 Baby skin

This makeup look attempts to recreate the radiant appearance of the skin, right after a relaxing spa session, with touches of highlighter and blush strategically placed on the face.

The lip makeup trend for this spring of 2021 is marked by

2 Stament red lipstick as symbol of optimism
On our SS 2021 wishlist is showing our lips again and painting them with full color.

In some of the shows this season, lips were dressed in red. We interpret it as a true statement, as a symbol of feminine rebellion and optimism, since, in this “new normal” of covered lips, you have to be so to wear bold looks with shiny lips.

EYE TRENDS
This season we put all the attention in the eyes

1 Graphic creativity
Over the past years, makeup experts have unanimously insisted on the graphic liner trend. Arrows can be single, double, even and sharply curved, can emphasize the lower or upper eyelid, start from the inner corner of the eye or arise a couple of millimeters from the outer one, end with a sharp corner or gently round off at the temple…

Immutable rule of the current makeup is only one thing - lines should be drawn as wide as possible, sometimes even replacing eyeshadows.

To avoid overly aggressive images created with thick lines, keep the rest of the makeup created only by soft nude makeup.

When we wear masks, the expression "the eyes are the mirror of the soul" takes on more importance than ever. Therefore, this season, creativity, in terms of makeup, focuses on them. Kohl and artistic outlines, disco makeup and color block are back.

2 More lines
This spring 2021, the black eyeliner can be used not only to draw traditional cat-eyes, but also to create more modern looks.

One of the most recurrent proposals is the floating eyeliner, which consists of drawing lines that are located along the lid and move away from the lash line.

The variants are multiple:

  • We can make a minimalist floating eyeliner, tracing the line, following the natural shape of eye crease.
  • Or get a more geometric finish if we make a straight line, ignoring the natural shape of the eye.
  • We can also trace it above the crease of the eye, emulating a rounded line and giving rise to a 60’s type outline.
  • We can also create a winged floating eyeliner, more dramatic, that tears the look much more. The key in this case is to bring the floating line to the end of the eyebrow and join it with a second line that starts from the outer tear, also in an upward direction.
  • Or a double floating eyeliner, which follows the natural crease of the eyelid, to finish creating a negative cat’s eye (without color inside). To do this, we must complete the external “V” by creating another line that starts at the end of the eye and coincides with the floating one.



Regardless of the color, if the line is minimalist and the lines are fine and elegant, the look will exude innocence and sweetness.

The best ally for drawing floating eyeliners is a liquid eyeliner, as KEENWELL CALLIGRAPHIC, it allows the color to slide better than the eye pencil and provides a more intense definition.

The final step: use a mascara that lengthens the lashes, such as ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE LENGTH EXTENSION MASCARA to bring balance to the look, giving it the appearance of lash extensions, and a defined and open finish.



3 Eyeliner “Undrawn”
Another of the season’s proposals is to draw the eyeliner in two sections and in two colors.



4 Thick graphic frame
One of the most maximalist trends is to accentuate eyes with a thick a swipe of kohl eyeliner. The thick line frames them, adding personality and intensity to the look.

 



5 Inverted eyeliner look
You may create a less intense but still mysterious your eye look by using eyeliner on your lower lash line. Better to keep the upper lid simpler to really let your inverted liner shine.

The look is completed by marking the eyes with mascara, black eyeliner is dispensed in order to avoid minimizing the pinky sweetness and lightness of the whole look.

6 Face art with floral touches
Use your face as a canvas and take embellishment to another level by adding hand-painted delicate floral patterns to accent the eyes.
With such creativity, it´s important to keep your face fresh and clean, with “no makeup” makeup.

7 Electroshock
Bold colors will be the spring trend for sure: pinks, yellows, blues and greens. These colors are going to shift to spring and you will definitely see them worn on the eyes, as in eyeshadows (KEENWELL EYESHADOWS Nº15 & Nº16), as well as in liners.

Regardless of the chosen color accent, leave the skin almost intact, lightly style your eyebrows, and apply balm or nude lipstick (as KEENWELL lipstick nº38) on your lips. In this way, eye makeup should be the star.

8 Pink explosion
Obviously, it is not the most discreet trend, but without a doubt the “total pink look” is going strong this season.

It consists of applying blush or pink eyeshadow (such as KEENWELL EYESHADOW Nº16) from the eyelids to almost the cheekbones, coloring this entire area to build a complete pink look.

The look is completed by marking the eyes with mascara, black eyeliner is dispensed in order to avoid minimizing the pinky sweetness and lightness of the whole look.

9 Defiant smoky-eyes
The defiant smoky-eyes for the spring-summer 2021 season imply the use of brown tones. It should be performed carelessly and blurry, maximally bringing the color beyond the boundaries of the lines of the eyes. This technique, according to stylists, will make the image daring and defiant. The only recommendation is that focusing on the eyes, do the rest of the fashionable makeup for spring-summer 2021 in neutral, natural colors.

EYELASH AND EYEBROW TRENDS
Let your lashes take center stage. This season you will be the center of attention of all eyes.

1 “Doll” Eyelashes
The effect of “glued” or “doll” lashes is at the peak of the trend. It makes the eyes more expressive. The effect is achieved by layering mascara. The glued eyelashes even resemble triangles. It is noteworthy that this effect can be given either to all, or only to the lower eyelashes.

NAIL TRENDS
When it comes to nail looks this spring 2021,
there are no rules: have fun and let your imagination fly.

1 Bubblegum
Get ready for a splash of color. Bubblegum pink is an eye-catcher, but it works perfectly with all skin tones, even when you’re tanned.

2 Natural nudes
We can use a natural nude color to “balance” a more daring nail shape. The shape of spring 2021 will undoubtedly be the “square.”
